Persons are kindly requested to fill out the registration from online (prefered method of registration) or to fill out the enclosed registration form. Please use only one form per registrant. All registration forms should be accompanied by full payment. Please make the payment by credit card or bank transfer.

The registration is valid only when the registration form and payment are received by Conference Secretariat. Participants will receive confirmation of registration and payment. The confirmation letter should be shown at the registration desk upon arrival. Upon registration, participants will receive full documentation for the conference and a name badge, which must be worn throughout the conference.

Registration desk


   Participants should register onsite in order to receive the conference materials.
   The registration desk at the conference hotel will be open at the following times:

Accommodation in Miyazaki

Miyazaki will be very crowded during the conference days. The organizing committee has hired a local travel agency to handle all accomodations. They have block reserved several hotels but room availability during the conference is limited so please contact them soon to make your reservations. Toptour is accepting reservations Online only.

Payments

All payments should be made in yen in advance at the same time as registration. Joint remittances have to be accompanied by a name list and payment detail for each person. The registration fee and the payments for the excursions and tours should be made in advance by credit card or bank transfer.

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Dinners, UC are accepted. Other credit cards are not accepted. You can use a credit card only by online registration.

Please note that participants should pay all bank charges. A duplicate or photocopy of the bank transfer order should be sent along with the registration form. The name and address of the participant as well as other details of the payment should be clearly indicated. Please note that no personal cheques or traveller's cheques can be accepted!

Confirmation

When the submission of the completed registration form and remittance of the appropriate fees are received, delegates will receive a confirmation letter about one month before the conference. The confirmation letter should be presented at the registration desk at the conference venue.

Cancellation of registraton

Payments regarding registration fees and conference banquet fee will be refunded as follows:

Refunds will be processed after the conference. Refunds will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference. The organizers encourage the participants to take out travel insurance, which will also cover costs related to possible cancellation of a conference trip due to illness or other unforeseen reasons.
